Letter from the President

I would like to welcome you and thank you for visiting Felder Services website. As President and owner of Felder Services I would like to share with you my vision behind starting the company, our mission statement, and our everlasting commitment to excellence.

After spending 13 years in the “corporate world” I felt I needed to change my work environment. My vision was growing a company through building strong relationships with our clients. I saw my clients knowing the company they are doing business with is not reporting back to a large Board of Directors, but to me. I could see our clients knowing we are as focused on their bottom line as we were with ours.

Felder Services is a privately owned company, established in 2006, that specializes in providing housekeeping, laundry and dietary services to healthcare facilities throughout the southeast. Our mission at Felder Services is simple; we form lasting relationships by truly treating our clients as partners, rather than just another account to manage. It is our goal to create individual service plans based on the unique needs and challenges our customers face within each facility.

Through our hard work and commitment to excellence, Felder has continued to grow each year with the majority of our growth coming from referrals of our current customers. Because of this commitment to our clients we are always confident in giving our entire client base as a reference list instead of a select few.
