Equipment
We have found and used many avenues for using equipment and will work with the client to devise a plan that best suits the situation. Typically we would use the existing housekeeping carts, slow speed machines, scrubbers, high speed machines, wet vacs, vacuum cleaners with an agreement to repair any damages. All of the existing equipment would remain the property of the facility as long it is in working order. Any equipment that we replace or provide when we begin our services will remain the property of Felder Services.

Supplies
We found that by partnering with one distributor we are better able to reduce the cost of supplies which in turn reduces the cost of our services and makes ordering and delivery much more streamlined. We have a system we use to manage the inventory of paper products, plastic products and chemicals that is proven to be efficient. We use only the highest quality and industry proven products because inferior materials can be perceived as inferior workmanship.
