When tailoring our services to your facility, it is imperative that we create a management team suited for the job. At Felder Services we train our managers to be “hands-on” leaders that can implement the program we have designed for your facility. We stress to our managers the importance of worker safety, leadership, administrative duties, as well as privacy issues.

Our Regional Management team works hand in hand with our facility manager to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction. Our Regional managers, along with the facilities manager, schedule a face-to-face meeting with the administrative team for a monthly review and evaluation of our work. We feel this is an important part of building a relationship and gives the administrative team the opportunity to express any questions or concerns they may have.
