Staff Training
Our managers work side-by-side with our housekeeping, laundry, and dietary personnel to ensure they understand their job description and can complete each task successfully. We provide regular on-site and classroom training for all of our managers, housekeeping, laundry and dietary employees. We continually observe staff work habits, practices, and monitor the environment in which they work. This allows our managers to make on-the-spot corrections to prevent potential lapses in safety.
Every two weeks in-service meetings are held with all employees to discuss current work practices and introduce new techniques designed to improve efficiency. Our in-service meetings are also important for making our employees aware of all new safety regulations and healthcare legislation that must be observed. Each day our managers perform Quality Control Inspections to identify potential deficiencies before they begin.
