Staff Management

When tailoring our services to your facility, it is imperative that we create a management team suited for the job. Since our managers are “hands-on” leaders, each receives comprehensive training on implementing the program designed for your facility. Our training also focuses on patient and worker safety, leadership, administrative duties, privacy issues and various roles of other healthcare providers.

Managerial administrative duties such as planning, purchasing, payroll and other tasks are minimized through our automated process. This system allows our managers to focus nearly all of their time on maintaining your facility.

Our managers also provide our clients a monthly overview and evaluation of the work performed. We schedule a face-to-face consultation and the client is of fered the opportunity to provide additional guidance and direction.

 
Staff Training

Our managers work side-by-side with the staff to ensure they understand each job task and can complete each task with measurable success. Our proven systems place extraordinary emphasis on worker and patient safety. We provide regular on-site and classroom training for all staff and management personnel. We continually observe staff work habits, practices, and monitor the
environment in which they work. This allows our managers to make on-the-spot corrections to prevent potential lapses in safety.

Every two weeks in-service meetings are held with all staff members where they discuss current work practices and learn new techniques to improve efficiency, New safety regulations and various laws that must be observed are also discussed. Our managers also routinely call unannounced safety meetings to identify potential deficiencies before they begin and make improvements as needed.
