Kevin started Felder Services in Mobile, Alabama in 2006. His philosophy of selling partnerships instead of contracts helped fuel rapid growth and success throughout the Southeast. Kevin is very involved in the one thing that makes Felder Services successful – Customer Service.

Peter Dolive

Peter D’Olive: President

After serving 7 years as the Felder Services’ CPA, Peter accepted the position of COO in 2013. Peter’s personal attention to detail and knowledge of our company’s history prepared him to fill this essential role in our company.

Bill Wolf

Bill Wolfe: Senior Operations Manager

Bill joined the Felder Services’ team in 2009 to help support our growth. He has over 25 years of experience in the Healthcare industry and has experienced much success in the field with Operational responsibilities, Staff Training and as a Facility Director.

Sonya Crumpton

Sonya Crumpton: Vice President of Business Development

Based in Cullman, Alabama, Sonya joined our team in 2010. She brings over 20 years of sales and operations experience, as well as great success with large commercial and healthcare accounts. Her strengths are customer service, operations and, of course, sales.

Tom JohnsonTom Johnson: Regional Manager

Tom joined Felder Services in January 2013. He spent over a decade in commercial banking as a relationship manager and then operated a data destruction business. He is a Regional Manager in Alabama and oversees the operations of our Shred division. Tom’s background with customer service fits nicely with the Felder culture.

Emily Ray

Emily Ray: Food and Nutrition Regional Manager

Emily Ray holds a BS degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Samford University and completed her Masters in Human Nutrition and Dietetic Internship from University of North Florida. That led Emily to join Felder Services in 2011 as a Certified Dietary Manager. She now works as regional manager supporting and managing Felder’s Food and Nutrition Department.

David Perez

David Perez: Vice President Human Resources

David has been employed with Felder Services since 2011 and was appointed HR Director shortly thereafter. He has extensive experience in accounting, payroll and benefit administration over his 40 year career. In addition he handles employee relations and management training with respect to administrative duties. David holds a BS degree in Accounting from Auburn University and an MBA from the University of Alabama, he currently resides in Mobile, Alabama.

David Teague

David Teague: Director Commercial Division

David joined Felder Services in 2011 and operates out of the corporate office in Mobile, Al.. He has over 15 years experience in the commercial housekeeping field. He believes that to be the best you have to hire good people, properly train them, supervise their performance and maintain communication with the customer.
