Our management teams work side-by-side with our frontline personnel to ensure everyone understands their responsibilities and has the tools to complete each task successfully. We provide recurrent training, both on-site and in a classroom, for all of our personnel. We continually monitor the environment in which they work and observe their work habits and practices. This allows our management team to maintain a high level of quality control and make immediate corrections, preventing potential lapses in safety.
In-service meetings are held bi-weekly with all employees to discuss current work practices and introduce new techniques designed to improve performance and efficiency. Our in-service meetings are crucial to our success, making our employees aware of new and existing safety regulations, as well as healthcare legislation that must be observed. In addition to in-service meetings, our managers perform Quality Control Inspections every day to identify potential deficiencies.
