Equipment

Felder Services will work with the client to devise a plan that best suits the situation. In most circumstances, we use existing housekeeping carts, slow speed machines, scrubbers, high speed machines, wet vacs and vacuum cleaners – all with an agreement to repair any damages. All of the existing equipment remains the facility’s property as long as it is in working order. Any equipment that Felder Services replaces or provides when services begin will remain the property of Felder Services.

Supplies

By partnering with multiple distributors, Felder Services is better able to reduce the cost of supplies. In turn, this reduces the cost of our services and makes both ordering and delivery much more streamlined. Felder Services uses a system to manage the inventory of paper products, plastic products and chemicals that has proven to be efficient. Inferior materials can be perceived as inferior workmanship; that’s why we use only the highest quality and industry-proven products.
